As the year 2008 comes to an end, I would like to decide on the best movies, songs, actors, directors, lyricists etc etc. This will be my awards function. The nominations for the various categories will be put up soon. If you have your favorites in any category, let me know. I am thinking of the following categories:

Best Writer (I am not having Best Screenplay, Best Writer. I don't want to be so technical. In this category, I am looking at some one who has written a good movie).
